Our story starts in the dappled light under tall swaying trees, where a long, dusty road leads to a quiet vineyard bordered on one side by a grove and marsh on the other.
Here, time slows down. There’s the gentle murmuration of spoonbills nesting along the bank and a delicate rustle of the leaves as the breeze dances through the vines and the grove.
A happy find from a chance encounter, our winemaker was inspired to craft wine from this parcel after discovering it - hoping to capture the feeling of pure delight found in this secret garden.

You will only find 100% organically grown grapes in your glass of Maravie Sauvignon Blanc.
We use no synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. We let nature lead and follow the seasons. This helps grow strong, healthy vines which produce delicious organic wines.

With a philosophy of stewardship, it was only natural that we decided to let the environment guide our path. Just like you, we continually make mindful decisions - this starts from vine and ends in your glass. Selecting lighter bottles, using recycled paper, and choosing FSC paper and cardboard are some decisions made along the way.

We don't settle for 'good enough' - our wines are crafted with attention to detail and made for every occasion. No harsh interventions, no suppression of flavour with fining agents, no unnecessary sulphur additions. By extending the wine's time on lees, we encourage the complexity, vibrant aromatics and deliciously intense flavours. A truly transparent expression of our place.
